Security and Compliance
Pattern Data's Platform processes medical records, plaintiff fact sheets, and claimant data across mass tort and class action litigation. We maintain a documented information security program governing how that data is accessed, stored, and protected, and we submit it to independent examination.

What the examination assessed
Sensiba examined whether our controls are suitably designed to meet our security commitments to clients. Those commitments include:
Role-based, least-privilege access, so users reach only the client data for the accounts and matters they are authorized to see
Logical segregation of each customer's data within the Platform
Encryption of client data in transit over public networks and at rest
Monitoring, logging, and incident response designed to detect unauthorized access, with breach notification under customer agreements
Infrastructure
The Platform is hosted entirely on Amazon Web Services in US regions. AWS is a subservice organization and was not included in the scope of our examination. AWS maintains its own SOC 2 report, available on request.
